My Course Isn't Showing in the Mobile App

If you’ve enrolled in a course but it doesn’t appear in The Institutes mobile app, try these steps.

Important: Most courses must be manually provisioned by Customer Success before they appear in the app — syncing alone will not fix it. CEU courses, Essentials courses, standalone CE courses, and certain certificates are not available in the app at all. If a basic refresh doesn’t surface your course, skip to “If Your Course Still Doesn’t Appear” and contact us.

Steps to Try

  1. Pull down to refresh on the app’s home screen to force a sync.
  2. Log out and log back in to the app.
  3. Check your enrollment — log in at TheInstitutes.org and confirm the course appears in My Courses & Exams. If it’s not there, the enrollment may not be complete.
  4. Update the app — make sure you’re running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
  5. Reinstall the app — delete and re-download if the above steps don’t work.

If Your Course Still Doesn’t Appear

Contact Customer Success — some courses require manual provisioning for mobile app access. Have ready:

  • Your full name and student ID
  • The course name you’re trying to access
  • Whether you’re using iOS or Android

Note: Not all courses include mobile app access. The app is included with designation courses only. Standalone online courses, CEU courses, and Essentials courses may not appear in the app.
