Certificate programs are multi-course programs focused on a specific topic area. They take less time to complete than a full designation and provide focused, practical knowledge.
Property Technical Certificate (PTC)
The PTC is a certificate program covering property insurance technical knowledge. It includes multiple courses that are purchased as a package.
How to Access Your Courses
Important: If you only see the first course after purchasing a multi-course package, check Learning Resources within the platform. All courses are accessible — they just require individual launch.
After purchasing a PTC package:
- Go to My Courses & Exams in your account.
- All courses in the package are available under Learning Resources.
- Launch each course individually — they don’t all appear on the main dashboard.
Bulk Enrollment
To enroll multiple learners in a certificate program, contact Customer Success with the number of learners and the program name.
