If you need help with a CEU (Continuing Education Unit) course, subscription, webinar, or CE certificate, contact Customer Success — they handle both designation programs and CEU inquiries.

Note: CEU courses use a separate enrollment and tracking system from designation courses, but Customer Success can assist with both.

What to Do

  • Have ready: Your CEU account email, course or subscription name, and a description of your issue

  • CEU course enrollment and access
  • CEU Unlimited subscriptions and billing
  • CEU webinar registration and scheduling
  • CEU CE certificates and completion records
  • CEU corporate subscriptions and access codes

Common CEU Questions

  • Course search: Log in at ceu.com > Search CE Courses > enter your license info to see approved courses.
  • Subscription codes: Get your code from your corporate compliance manager — codes can only be shared with listed administrators.
  • Webinar rescheduling: Contact Customer Success with your webinar details.
