Steps to Fix
Important: This error most commonly affects CEU courses that require state license validation for CE credit. If you don’t need CE credit, Customer Success may be able to bypass the license requirement.
- Check your license number — make sure you entered the correct state license number, not an NPN or other ID.
- Verify the license type matches what the course requires (e.g., Producer, Adjuster).
- Update your license info in your CEU account profile, then try again.
- If the error persists, contact Customer Success with your license details and a screenshot of the error.
