CEU Refund & Cancellation Policies

To request a refund or cancellation for a CEU purchase, contact Customer Success.

How to Request

  1. Contact Customer Success with:
    • Your CEU account email
    • The course, subscription, or webinar you’d like to cancel
    • Your order number or receipt (if available)
  2. Customer Success will review your request and process the refund if eligible.

What to Know

  • Refund eligibility may depend on whether you’ve accessed the course content.
  • CEU Unlimited subscriptions renew automatically each year. To cancel auto-renewal, contact Customer Success before your renewal date.
  • If you see a charge you didn’t authorize, contact Customer Success immediately with your account details.

Note: CEU orders are handled through Customer Success — the same team that supports designation courses.
