The Institutes accepts returns on course materials under certain conditions. Eligibility depends on whether you’ve accessed the course and what format you purchased.
Online Courses
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed the course.
- Once you access an online course, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Printed Materials
- Physical materials may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs — shipping charges are not refunded.
What’s Not Eligible
Important: Exam registrations are handled under a separate policy. If you need to cancel an exam, see Exam Cancellation, Refund & Forfeiture Policies.
- Custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Accessed online courses cannot be credited or refunded, regardless of when they were purchased.
