CEU Live Webinars: Registration & Access

Modified on Wed, 3 Jun at 10:16 AM

CEU live webinars are scheduled events that provide CE credit upon completion. Here’s how to register, access, and get credit for them.

How to Register

  1. Log in to your CEU account at ceu.com.
  2. Browse available live webinars and select one.
  3. Complete registration and note the date and time.

Tip: Make sure your license number and NPN are saved in your account before the webinar. Some states require this to file CE credits on your behalf.

Accessing Your Webinar

Important: Webinar access links are sent to the email you provided at the time of registration. Please be sure to check that inbox, including spam.

  • If you haven’t received a link on the day of the event, contact Customer Success.

State Affidavit Requirements

Some states require a signed Affidavit of Webinar Attendance before CE credits can be filed. States with this requirement include Florida, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, California, and Illinois, among others.

Tip: Not sure if your state requires an affidavit? Check the State CE Credit Lookup page before your webinar.

If an affidavit is required:

  1. After the webinar, you’ll receive an automated email with the affidavit form and submission instructions.
  2. Sign the affidavit and follow the submission instructions in that email.
  3. Once received, CE credits are filed with your state within 1–2 business days.

Note: Didn’t receive an affidavit form after your webinar? Contact Customer Success — they can get the right form to you.

Credit Not Showing After the Webinar

CE credits take 1–2 business days to be filed after your webinar completes. During that time, your filing status may show “Not Applicable” — this is normal and does not mean there’s a problem.

If credit still hasn’t posted after 2 business days, contact Customer Success with:

  • Your license number
  • The webinar title
  • The date and time of the webinar

Attended a series of webinars but only one session is missing? Provide the same details for the specific session not showing — CS can look up attendance records individually.

Note: Most states allow no more than 5 minutes missed for a 1-hour webinar. If you were disconnected or stepped away, contact Customer Success — exceptions may be available depending on your circumstances.

Cancelling or Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a registered webinar, contact Customer Success with your webinar details and preferred new date. Check the CEU Refund & Cancellation Policies for any applicable fees.
