If your CEU exam or course won’t launch, a pop-up blocker is the most common cause.
Steps to Fix
- Disable your pop-up blocker for the CEU site:
- Chrome: Click the pop-up blocked icon in the address bar → Allow pop-ups from this site
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Pop-ups and redirects → Add the CEU site to Allow
- Safari: Preferences → Websites → Pop-up Windows → Allow for the CEU site
- Refresh the page and try launching again.
- Try a different browser if the issue persists — Chrome is recommended.
Other Launch Issues
Important: CEU courses and exams use a separate platform from your Institutes designation courses. Make sure you’re on the correct site.
- “Doodle” prompt before exam: This is a security verification step. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.
- Exam shows as unavailable: Confirm you are logged into the correct CEU account (not your Institutes designation account).
- Transfer option disappeared: Once you click “Launch Exam,” the transfer option is removed. Contact Customer Success if you need to transfer instead.
