Some exams and programs associated with The Institutes are actually managed by separate organizations. If you’re having trouble with registration, scheduling, or results for one of these programs, you may need to contact the managing organization directly.

What The Institutes Handles
The Institutes manages designation coursework, exam registration, and exam activation for Institutes programs (CPCU, AINS, AIC, ARM, AU, AIDA, ARe, and others). This includes:
- Course material access and orders
- Exam registration and testing window management
- Grade reporting and completion certificates
- CE credit reporting for designation exams
Common Situations
“My CEBS/GBA exam results aren’t showing in my Institutes account”
CEBS, GBA, and RPA exams are administered by IFEBP, not The Institutes. Grades for these exams may not appear in your Institutes portal. Contact IFEBP directly for results and completion records.
“I need help with my CAS DISC exam”
For exam activation and window setup, contact The Institutes Customer Success. For CAS discount codes, exam content questions, or CAS membership, contact CAS directly. See CAS DISC Exam Registration & Activation for details.
“I need help with a CEU course or subscription”
CEU courses use a separate enrollment system but are supported by Customer Success. Contact Customer Success for help with CEU courses, subscriptions, or CE certificates.
If any of these organizations sends you back to The Institutes, contact Customer Success and we’ll help sort it out.
