How to reset your password
- Go to The Institutes homepage.
- Select Sign In in the top-right corner.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your email for the password reset message.
- Select the link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password.
If you don’t receive the email
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address.
- Allow a few minutes, then try again.
- If the issue continues, contact Customer Success for assistance.
TIP: If you recently changed your email or employer, your login email may need to be updated before resetting your password.
