Learn how to reset your password and regain access to your account. 

How to reset your password

1. Go to The Institutes homepage.
2. Select Sign In in the top-right corner.
3. Click Forgot your password?
4. Enter the email address associated with your account.
5. Check your email for the password reset message.
   
6. Select the link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password.

If you don’t receive the email

1. Check your spam or junk folder.
2. Make sure you entered the correct email address.
3. Allow a few minutes, then try again.
4. If the issue continues, contact Customer Success for assistance.

TIP: If you recently changed your email or employer, your login email may need to be updated before resetting your password.
