Learn how to access and launch your courses and exams from your account.
You will have access to your online course materials for one year after your purchase date, at which point they will expire. To access your courses:
- Sign in at The Institutes.
- Open My Courses & Exams from the main navigation.
- Select Launch next to your course.
- Your exam will appear in the same area and becomes launchable when your testing window opens.
If your course won’t load, try clearing your browser cache and history or using a different supported browser.
