Eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase only if the course has not been accessed.
Once an online course is accessed, it cannot be credited or refunded.
Printed materials
Eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the sender’s responsibility.
Custom products
Not eligible for refund or return.
