The Assignment Assistant is an AI-powered study tool available in select Institutes courses. Here are answers to common questions.

How Do I Know Which Assignments Are Incomplete?

Your Progress Tracker shows your overall completion percentage but may not identify specific incomplete assignments. To find them:

1. Go to My Courses & Exams and launch your course.
2. Review each assignment section — incomplete items will not show a completion checkmark.
3. If you’re still stuck (e.g., Progress Tracker shows 40/43 but you can’t identify the missing 3), contact Customer Success for help.

“Bubble App Ready for Upgrade” Error

This error occasionally appears in certain courses (e.g., AIC 300). Try:

1. Refresh the page and relaunch the Assignment Assistant.
2. Clear your browser cache and try again.
3. If the error persists, contact Customer Success — it may be a known system issue.

Assignment Assistant Not Loading

• Try a different browser (Chrome recommended).
• Try from a different network (home Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot).
• Clear your browser cache and disable extensions.

Privacy & Data

What data does the Assignment Assistant collect? The tool collects your questions, responses, interaction patterns, assignment access logs, and session timestamps. This data is used to personalize your experience and improve the tool.

Is my data secure? Yes. Data is encrypted and stored within The Institutes’ protected systems, with access limited to authorized personnel. The tool complies with The Institutes’ Privacy Policy and applicable educational privacy regulations.

Does The Institutes share my data with third parties? No. The Assignment Assistant does not share your data with external parties, and it does not use your data to train any external AI model.
