Assignment Assistant Not Working

Modified on Wed, 3 Jun at 10:17 AM

If the Assignment Assistant isn’t loading, shows a “Bubble app” error, or is stuck in a loop, try the steps below.

Common Errors

  • “Bubble app is ready for an upgrade” or “Bubble plan has been exceeded” — this is a temporary system issue, not something you can fix. It usually resolves within a few hours.
  • Stuck in a loop — the AI repeats the same question or won’t progress. Try refreshing or relaunching the tool.
  • Won’t launch at all — may be a browser or network issue.

Steps to Try

  1. Refresh the page or close and reopen your browser.
  2. Clear your cache and cookies — Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear browsing data.
  3. Try a different browser — use the latest version of Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
  4. Check your network — if you’re on a corporate or employer network, your organization may block AI-based tools. Try a personal device or home network.
  5. Wait and retry — “Bubble app” errors are system-side and typically resolve within a few hours.

Note: The Assignment Assistant uses AI technology that some corporate firewalls and security software block. If the tool works on a personal device but not your work laptop, your employer’s network is likely the cause.
