Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to change it, use the Forgot Password flow on TheInstitutes.org.

How to Reset

1. Go to TheInstitutes.org and click Sign In.
2. Click Forgot Password.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions.

Reset Email Not Arriving?

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Verify you’re using the email address associated with your Institutes account (it may be a work email your employer set up).
• If you still don’t receive it, contact Customer Success for help.
