Most Likely Cause
Automated system emails are occasionally sent in error. If you did not request a password reset, you can safely ignore the email — no action is required.
When to Take Action
- Do not click the link if you suspect the email is a
phishing attempt. Check that the sender is from a legitimate
@theinstitutes.orgaddress. - Change your password if you believe someone else may have access to your account — go to TheInstitutes.org and use the Forgot Password flow.
- Contact Customer Success if you continue to receive unwanted emails or if your account shows activity you don’t recognize.
