Your Student ID is used for orders, exam registration, and when contacting Customer Success. Here’s how to find it.
How to Find Your Student ID
- Log in at TheInstitutes.org.
- Go to My Account > Profile.
- Your Student ID is displayed in your profile information.
Tip: Save your Student ID somewhere accessible — you’ll need it when placing orders or contacting support.

Your Student ID is assigned when your account is created. See How to Create Your Institutes Account.
Using the Wrong Student ID?
If you placed an order with an incorrect Student ID, contact Customer Success with your correct ID and order number to get it corrected.
