If you’re ordering courses or exams for multiple employees, you can use a bulk order form or your corporate billing account. Here’s how to get started.
Before You Start
- Each employee must have an Institutes account before they can be enrolled. Have employees create accounts first at TheInstitutes.org.
- Know which courses and exams you need for each employee — these are separate purchases.
- Have your corporate billing account number ready (get this from your account manager).
Important: Course materials and exam registrations are separate purchases, even in bulk orders. Submitting a course order does not register employees for exams. You’ll need to order each separately.
How to Submit a Bulk Order
- Download the Online Self-Study Order Form from your account manager or Customer Success.
- Fill in employee names, courses, package options, and exam windows. Note that the Recommended Package is online-only — if employees need printed books, select the Comprehensive Package (available for CPCU, ARM, AU, and AFSB only).
- Submit the completed form to your assigned account manager or email it to Customer Success.
- You’ll receive a confirmation once the order has been processed.
Important: Bulk orders typically take 5–10 business days to process. Submit your form well before any exam window deadlines. If you haven’t received confirmation within 10 business days, follow up with your account manager.
How to Order Individual Enrollments
If you’re ordering for just one or two employees using a corporate billing account:
- Log in to your account at TheInstitutes.org.
- Select the course or exam to purchase.
- At checkout, choose Corporate Billing and enter your billing account number.
- Complete the order.
Key Person Access
A Key Person is an authorized company representative who can view employees’ grades, exam registrations, and progress through The Institutes’ reporting tools.
How to Request Key Person Access
- Obtain a signed letter on company letterhead from your HR/Training manager or upper management.
- The letter should request Key Person access and be signed by the authorizing manager.
- Email the letter to your assigned account manager or Customer Success.
