Learn how to prepare for exam day and understand timing, availability, and technical requirements.
Before exam day, make sure your technology meets the requirements below to avoid interruptions during testing:
- Device: Laptop or desktop computer (phones and tablets are not allowed).
- Camera & microphone: Required.
- Operating system: Windows 10 or 11, or a recent version of macOS.
- Browser: A latest version of Chrome, Edge, or Firefox browser is required
- Prep step: We recommend testing your equipment at least 48 hours before your exam.
If something goes wrong:
- If your exam shuts down mid‑test, contact Customer Success immediately.
