Request a Transcript for College Credit

You can order an official Institutes transcript for use with colleges or educational organizations through your online account or by phone.

How to order

1. Log in to your Institutes account.
2. Click on your name and select My Account.
3. Choose the Students tab → Account Services → Transcript Request.
4. Follow the prompts and submit payment.

You can also call Customer Success at (800) 644-2101 to place the order by phone.

What’s included?

The transcript covers the objective, learning outcome, instruction method, and ACE credit recommendation for each completed course.

ACE college credit

A number of CPCU and AINS courses have been evaluated by the American Council on Education (ACE) for college credit. Visit the ACE National Guide and search “American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty” to see credit recommendations.
