Domestic shipping (within the U.S.)

• UPS Ground: 10% of the order total.
• UPS Second Day Air: 14% of the order total plus a $10 handling fee.
• UPS Next Day Air: Determined by destination and weight, plus a $10 handling fee.
• FedEx: If you have a FedEx account, a $10 handling fee is due to The Institutes. All other charges are billed to your FedEx account.
  
  

International shipping

International orders must be placed through the website at TheInstitutes.org. A shipping quote will be generated automatically at checkout.

• Use UPS Standard for Canadian addresses.
• Use UPS Saver for all other non-U.S./non-Canadian addresses.

International packages are shipped "Deliver Duty Unpaid," meaning you are responsible for any customs duties and taxes assessed at delivery.

Orders shipping to India

Study materials are printed and shipped from southern India for faster delivery and significantly reduced shipping costs:

• 10% of order value for orders $750 or less
• 8% for orders over $750
• $10 handling fee per order

Orders typically ship within 4 business days of placement.
